About Me

I have lived many creative lives.

I spent my childhood in Manila writing and drawing Cardcaptor Sakura fan comics. At 18, I moved to the U.S. to study at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), where I earned a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History.

I started my career as a designer managing freelance artists at Canva. I have since worked with Silverlens Galleries, the RISD Marking & Communications, the RISD Museum, and NextPay. After years of collaborating with copywriters as a designer, I decided to string some words together—and something clicked.

Now, I write about art, design, and identity as a contributor for Lifestyle Inquirer and Art+ Magazine. My writing was shortlisted at the Ateneo Art Awards 2023. I specialize in interviewing and profiling thinkers and creatives.
